Absolutely. We've walked around at night with no worry and have never felt unsafe. However, you should exercise caution and remain aware of your surroundings everywhere you go. Cabo's Crime index is 43, similar to San Diego, Ca (40). Cities with a higher crime index include Boston (45), Miami (59), Phoenix (58), Dallas (57), and Seattle (46).
In January/ February Cabo is between 70-80 degrees. It'll regularly be about 8-10 degrees warmer than what your phone app says. It does cool off at night so bring layers.
YES. If you do not have a passport- apply before November. It typically takes 6-8 weeks to receive your passport in the mail.
We love to pop over to the grocery store when we arrive and grab some things for the week. We've cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our room and we like to prep some snacks for the pool as well :) Corazon has great menu's if you'd prefer to stay on property but Cabo has some amazing restaurants as well!
We have never converted USD to Pesos while visiting Cabo. We use USD or run our cards just like we do at home both on resort and off. If you do decide to convert to Pesos it may be best to do so before you leave the US (You can do this at your bank) but DO NOT exchange currency at the airport.
Please only bring the guests on the RSVP to the wedding. Feel free to travel with whomever you'd like, but please do not bring extra guests to the event :)
