Ryan and I met at Northern Illinois University through his younger brother Kevin. I was a resident assistant and Kevin lived in my hall. As the school year began, I thought it was so sweet that Ryan and Kevin were hanging out all the time. Ryan and I talked all the time when he was visiting Kevin and I got to know him. It wasn't for a couple months that I realized that Ryan wasn't just there visiting his brother. Homecoming 2014 came around and Ryan asked me if I would like to tailgate at the football game with him and some buddies, I accepted. We spent the whole day and night talking and getting to know each other. The next day on 10-12-14 he invited me to hang out again and that was when we decided to make our relationship official.

Ryan and I have now been together for over 5 years. We have had some grand adventures including Ryan teaching me how to drive a manual car. Boy that was fun.... haha. Road trip down to southern Florida to visit his grandma and my grandparents. We enjoyed a long weekend together in Estes Park Colorado and we both cant wait to go back. We also bought our first house together and have been living together for a little over 2 years now. We haven't killed each other yet so that is a good sign right? Through all of our highs and lows I am truly grateful for having him in my life and look forward to all of the adventures we go on in the future.
