When should I RSVP by?

Our RSVP system will open soon and we ask that you RSVP by February 20th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm as the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that all guests wear cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be outside (weather depending) so please keep that in mind. Bright colors are strongly encouraged! Please refrain from wearing all shades of white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a specific guest list due to limited space. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invite that have already confirmed their attendance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Reeds does have a Valet Service and Street Parking is also available (and free!)

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Icona to the Reeds. More information to come.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at this event. While we love all children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Take advantage of a kid-free night out!

Do you have hotel blocks? When do we need to book by?

Answer

Yes - we have a block at The Reeds where our wedding will be taking place. This block closes on 12/27/2025. We also have an additional block at Icona Avalon where we will have shuttle service.
