The dress code is black-tie preferred. This means that you should wear the nicest clothing you have easy access to. If you don’t already have a tuxedo or a floor-length gown, a nice cocktail dress or a suit is perfectly acceptable.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
For guests staying at The Lancaster there will be a shuttle provided by The Wicks. The shuttle will leave promptly at 5:20 pm and following the reception and grand exit will return to The Lancaster. More information regarding transportation will be provided upon check-in at both hotels!
Although we love your kids, in order to give our guests (and parents!) a night of relaxation, we respectfully request no children under 16 at our wedding.
