We met in Kona on the first day of the fall Fire and Fragrance DTS. Ben was a student. I (Kaylee) was working an airport greeting shift when he waltzed out the airport gate. Little did we know that not only would we be in the same DTS but that we would end up on the same team...FOR LIFE!

We went to PineTrees beach for a surf session. Little did I know that we would hardly surf that day. We paddled out to catch some waves when Ben came closer to me. He told me he wanted to ask me something and proceeded to tell me that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. That's when he pulled the ring out of his board shorts and asked me to be his wife! I was so shocked! We are so excited for this next season of life and cannot wait to share it with you.
