Sean and Allison met while working for BAYADA pediatrics. Allison was a nurse and Sean was working in the office as a Client Service Manager, and technically, was Allison's boss. On St Patrick's Day 2017, a small group from the office went to the House of Blues in Boston to see the annual Dropkick Murphy's concert. They hit it off that night and it was the start of their relationship. Allison, however, had been planning to move to California in the summer. She lasted two months in The Golden State before she came back to be with Sean. They bought a home together in July 2018 and adopted the best puppy girl, Sasha, in June 2019.

Sean told Allison they were going into Boston with some friends to watch the Patriot's game. They were walking down Lansdowne St in the Fenway area and stopped in front of the House of Blues. Sean proposed at the place where it all began, surrounded by some of our closest friends!
