Aww Ship, we're getting married!

We connected on Facebook Dating on Mother's Day 2022, and from there, we met and began dating. While our official date is June 13th, we are unsure of the precise moment we realized our relationship had become official. We instantly bonded, having both experienced our own divorces, and Brooke's children quickly connected with Corey. We also faced challenging times when Corey's father battled health issues and passed away in February 2024, and when our beloved pet, Bella, passed away in May 2025. We support each other through difficult times, helping one another to recover. We love each other through the toughest of times and always emerge stronger. We are each other's calm during life's storms. ❤️

In March of 2024, Corey shared his future intentions with me. I immediately informed my mother, as he had a question he wished to pose to her. With her approval, he moved in during April. Knowing my love for Disney, Corey planned a trip to Florida for December. While I was aware of his plans, I happily participated in the trip planning. We arranged an engagement photoshoot at the Magic Kingdom, where he proposed at the wishing well. We celebrated the evening with dinner at the castle, fondly reflecting on the special day. It was, without a doubt, a perfect day. ❤️
