Please feel free to attend as few or as many activities as you'd like and works for your family during our wedding weekend. We're lucky and honored to have our friends and family traveling to see us, and any time we get to spend together is a blessing! Attendance is not required for every activity planned.
There will be golf carts at the ceremony location to assist guests from the parking lot to the ceremony location as it's a bit of a walk. Dinner will be held in our backyard, which can be accessed from the driveway, bypassing stairs. Restrooms, however, will require use of a medium set of wooden deck stairs. The restaurant for welcome activities on Saturday is mostly outdoors and completely accessible.
Parking is available at all of the event locations, though please consider ubering if you'll be drinking at all. 1 drink at elevation = 2 at sea level.... play safe, play all weekend!
Spring in Colorado... ah, nothing like it! June bring us days in the low 80s, nights in the low 50s and the small chance of rain - usually in the form of a quick afternoon shower if anything at all. Keep in mind that we're at a much higher elevation than most of us are used to! This means stronger sun and drier air so 80 degrees in direct sun can still feel quite hot!
June in Colorado means warm sunny days and cooler evenings, so plan for layers. Our wedding vibe is semi-formal garden party—think colorful, festive, and fun rather than black-tie. We’d love to see bright spring colors, florals, and playful shapes. For women, dresses or outfits that hit somewhere between the knees and ankles feel just right (no need for formal gowns). For men, suits or jackets with dress shirts are great—ties optional, three-piece suits not necessary. Lightweight fabrics (linen, cotton, seersucker) are perfect for the season. We’re not big on all-black attire, so feel free to lean into color! Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and like the most beautiful/handsome version of yourself. Note that the ceremony and dinner will be outside, so flats or wedge/block heels for women is recommended. For inspiration, check out our pinterest board: https://pin.it/7pr6Q3dwm

It sure does!!! We love your children to pieces and they are as deeply important to us as you are. If you'd prefer a parents weekend away, we'll blow them kisses in the wind with you. But if you'd like to have them by your side, we're already planning to save them a seat.
