Sarah and Nicole’s friendship began when they were 13, playing for the Oakville Hornets. Over the next five years, they became inseparable. Their hard work and dedication led them to hockey scholarships at Mercyhurst University, where they were roommates and defied the odds by graduating together in 2019. Sarah and Nicole continue to compete off the ice and have even been labelled as the greatest duo ever in Fortnite. Now, Sarah lives in Hamilton, Ontario, where she lives with her fiancée, Meagan, their dog Cooper, and have a little one on the way!

Carson and Matt’s friendship began when they were just four years old, meeting in kindergarten and living just a few blocks apart. It was Carson who introduced Matt to hockey when they were six, a pivotal moment that eventually led to Matt meeting Nicole. Carson’s hockey career is marked by his impressive goals against average, which remains the highest in Parkwoods House League history. Now, Carson lives nearby in downtown Toronto with his fiancée, Kenji, and their dog, Mako.

Kris is Nicole’s older sister, and when Nicole was just 10 years old, Kris and her husband, Ryan, welcomed their son, Julian, making Nicole an aunt for the very first time. Kris is a person of many talents. She’s a gifted singer and songwriter, a passionate activist, and the proud owner of her own shop, the Loud Women Collective. She has always been a role model to Nicole and could ever be considered a second mom. Over the years, Kris and her family have lived all around the world—from Halifax to Australia—they've now settled in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Mike is Nicole’s older brother, and growing up, he was both her hockey coach and role model. Nicole admired him so much that she played hockey, listened to Tupac, and even stole his shoes. Whether it was his confidence on the ice, his red two-door Honda Civic, or his brief but unforgettable rap career, Mike was always someone she looked up to. Now, Mike lives in Windsor, Ontario, with his wife, Stephanie, where he runs his own home renovations company and is the best baseball dad to his sons, Dashiel and Jaxon.

Rachel is Matt’s younger sister, and with just a 16-month age difference between them, they've always shared a uniquely close bond. Hard as it may be to believe, they’ve never had a single fight! An adventurer at heart, Rachel is always on the move—whether she’s skiing the slopes of Blue Mountain, portaging through Algonquin Park, or exploring the world with her fiancé, Peter. When she’s not outdoors, you might just catch her holding her own playing Call of Duty. Now living nearby in Downtown Toronto, Rachel and Peter are enjoying this exciting chapter together as they plan their wedding for 2026!

Adam and Matt met in 9th grade at Senator O'Connor High School, and their friendship has only grown stronger over the years. Adam, along with his partner Tasha, will be the MCs for this special day, bringing their signature humor and wit to every moment. Known for being some of the funniest people in any room, their energy is contagious. Now, Adam lives nearby in Downtown Toronto with Tasha, and can often be found strolling down Wellington St. at 2:00 a.m., choosing to walk home instead of Ubering because, he "likes the vibe."

Steph married Nicole’s brother, Michael, in 2011. Nicole, just 14 at the time—and rocking her braces—had the special honor of standing by Steph’s side as part of her bridal party. Every time Nicole visits, a familiar routine unfolds: a shared bottle of wine, deep late-night heart-to-hearts, and the inevitable raid of Steph’s closet. Over the years, Steph has grown from sister-in-law to something much more—she’s become a true sister to Nicole. Now, Steph lives in Windsor, Ontario with her husband Mike and their two boys, Dashiel and Jaxon.

Nick and Matt met in middle school and have been close friends ever since. Nick is an avid video gamer and even turned his passion into a career, working at Ubisoft as a game designer. He can also be considered a passionate European travel enthusiast and is always exploring new destinations. When he's in town, he and Matt make the most of their summers by playing golf and hitting the bars. Now, Nick lives nearby in Toronto and can often by found with Matt enjoying a cold Guinness at Noonan’s Pub.

Stef and Nicole grew up on the same street in Oakville, but it wasn’t until the 9th grade at Blakelock High School that they officially became friends. Stef and her partner Luke are often out exploring, whether it’s hiking and camping in Algonquin Park or hitting the slopes—backwards—down Blue Mountain. When summer hits, you can find Stef and Nicole grabbing drinks on a patio and going to concerts at Bud Stage, especially when the Arkells are in town. Now, Stef lives in Oakville, Ontario, with her dog, Ivy.
Fraser Ruth

Fraser and Matt met in the 9th grade at Senator O'Connor High School and have been close friends ever since. Throughout the years, Matt and Fraser made sure to visit each other, whether it was playing pool in Frasers parents basement, playing recreational hockey or flag football, or hitting the bars where Fraser always made time for his legendary 1:00 a.m. naps. Last summer, Fraser married his wife Krista, and Matt had the privilege of standing by his side as part of the bridal party. Now, Fraser and Krista live nearby in Toronto with their dog, Kaia.
Shayleen Feeney

Shay and Nicole’s friendship began on the roller hockey rink, but it wasn’t until Grade 9 at Blakelock High School that they became friends. Together, they also played on the National Inline Hockey Team for several years, which took them to California, France, and Italy. They spent their high school years skipping class and cruising around in Shay’s dad’s Jeep. Even after high school, they remained close—always making time to catch up and stay connected. Now, Shay lives in Teeswater, Ontario with her partner Jamie. In January, they became a family of three as they welcomed their baby boy, Dawson, into the world!
Wesley Baker

Wes and Matt first crossed paths at Mercyhurst University in 2015, where they both played for the men’s hockey team. They ended up living together for all four years—and for three of those, Nicole might as well have been their third roommate. Wes has gone on to become a successful custom home builder and real estate agent, though he’s arguably more famous among friends for his legendary “Days of Wes” Snapchat series back in their university days. If TikTok had existed at that time, Wes would be the most famous man on the internet. Now, Wes and his partner Carli live in London, Ontario, but always make the trek down the 401 to the city every summer to catch up.
Hannah Conover

Hannah and Nicole met playing roller hockey at 14 and have been close ever since. Together, they also played on the National Inline Hockey Team for several years, which took them to France, and Italy. Whenever Hannah and Nicole are together, it’s guaranteed to be an adventure—whether they’re falling down an escalator at a Jonas Brothers concert or cruising in a slingshot down the Las Vegas Strip, you never know what they’ll get up to next. Hannah now lives nearby in Downtown Toronto with her partner Amanda and their dog, Nelly.
Trevor Brigden

Trevor and Matt met in the 9th grade at Senator O'Connor High School and have been close friends ever since. Trevor is a professional baseball player, but when he’s not on the field pitching, you can find him and his fiancée Mischa crushing Matt and Nicole at pickleball, going to Noonan's pub for a Guinness or catching a Leaf's game with friends. Recently, Trevor signed with the Winnipeg Goldeyes and will be residing there for the upcoming season with his Fiancée Mischa.
Steven Chin

Steven and Nicole met in 2022 when she joined the City of Toronto, and it didn’t take long for them to become friends—and even faster drinking buddies. If you're ever looking for either of them, your best bet is the Laissez Faire bar on a Wednesday afternoon after work, where you’ll find them posted up with a 9-ounce glass of white in hand. Steven lives just around the corner from Nicole and Matt in Downtown Toronto, making spontaneous hangouts (and wine nights) all the more convenient.

Chris met Matt and Nicole during one of Carson's infamous "Down the Hatch" cottage weekends in 2017, where he wasted no time making an impression— pushing Nicole off while tubing on the lake. The three quickly hit it off, bonding over shared interests and countless late nights spent playing video games. Chris became an official part of the family in 2019 when he traveled to Mexico with the Collier's. Now, Chris lives in Aurora, Ontario, but he always makes time to stop by and say hi after a day in the office in Toronto.
