We lived down the hall from each other freshman year at Miami. We didn't think much of it at the time, but quickly became good friends. Fast forward to our Junior year, and that friendship started to blossom into more and we haven't looked back since!

Zach did a great job planning the proposal so that Danielle was none the wiser. He popped the question at Rhinegeist, as it symbolizes the beginning of our lives together in Columbus when Zach started working at the brewery and was able to move up to join Danielle while she worked her way through dental school at Ohio State. He may have had some luck on his side, considering it was during Danielle's finals week. Despite the timing, the proposal was heartfelt and it was so incredible to be able to be surrounded by family during this special time in our lives.
