How long should I stay at the resort?
Answer
The bride and groom will be at the resort from Sunday to Saturday, and ask that you consider staying for 3 nights surrounding the ceremony. Treat this as a family vacation, or couples getaway!

What’s the weather like in September?
Answer
Hot! We visit Mexico every year around this time and it never fails to be hot. The resort has lots of shade and air conditioned areas. Please keep this in mind when choosing your outfits. It’s also storm season, so rainy weather is possible. The resort has rainy day activities, and lots of umbrellas. In the event of rain, the ceremony and reception will be moved inside to a ballroom.

WIll there be any additional costs?
Answer
There will be no additional costs to our guests besides the nightly room rate and flights. Transportation is included, and everything surrounding the wedding is paid for. In our experience, it is common for tips to be given at the resort to employees. We've found that we get better service when we tip, but it is not expected by any of the employees.

Is there childcare at the resort?
Answer
Feel free to bring your children to all wedding events. Finest offers in house nannies for hire, as well as complimentary kids club drop off for children who are potty trained and older. The nannies are available to watch the children anywhere on the resort property. What is there to do?
Answer
Finest has 10 pools, 14 bars, and 11 restaurants. Finest also offers complimentary water sports like paddle boarding, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, etc. There is an event schedule throughout the day including that includes things like volleyball, bracelet making, bingo, archery, and other events. The schedule for the resorts daily entertainment can be found in The Excellence Collection app. There are also various night time entertainment shows that are family friendly.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please arrive no later than 4:50
