FAQs

The Wedding Website of Whitni Murase and Cole Burris
Question

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your tiny humans, this event is not suitable for children’s eyes (or ears, or bedtimes). We're keeping the celebration adults-only so everyone can relax, let loose, and maybe hear a few PG-13 dance floor lyrics. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off—your kids will thank you later (probably).

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people—you! If your invitation includes a plus one, it’ll say so (we promise we didn’t forget your situationship). If not, we’re keeping things cozy and intimate, and we hope you’ll still come ready to party solo!

Question

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes! If you're not planning to enjoy a beverage (or two… or three), there’s plenty of on-site parking available for you. For those raising a glass (or the whole bottle—we support you), we recommend planning a safe ride home via rideshare. Dance hard, park smart.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We’re calling it cocktail attire—think dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or something you'd wear to impress your ex at a rehearsal dinner. Dress to celebrate, but keep comfort in mind—we fully support outfit choices that allow you to eat dinner AND dessert without having to secretly unbutton your pants.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Even if the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, aim to arrive around 4:00 PM to find your seat, take in the scenery, and avoid a dramatic entrance mid-vows. After all, all eyes should be on Whitni! ...Fine and Cole.

Question

Where do you recommend we stay?

Answer

Hotel Options - We’ve reserved room blocks at four nearby hotels for your convenience, please see the Travel Tab for the booking links! Airbnb Options - If you prefer a vacation rental, we recommend looking in Auburn, Rocklin, or Roseville for the best locations close to our wedding events.
