Emma and Josh grew up around the same crowd — Josh was good friends with Mike, and Emma practically grew up alongside Mike’s sister, Carly. Over the years, their paths crossed more than once, somehow always ending up in the same place at the wrong time (or maybe the right time, looking back). One chilly winter evening in Berkshire County, just after Christmas, Josh finally asked Emma out to Desperados for margaritas, chips, and salsa. What started as a casual dinner quickly turned into something more — they talked for hours about their shared love of hiking, cooking, and spending time with family. They even bonded over deciding to watch Yellowstone together for the first time. It took a little time (seven months... but who’s counting?) to officially become a couple, but once they did, it didn’t take long to see how perfect they were together. They laughed easily, supported one another through life’s changes, and built a relationship rooted in friendship, adventure, trust, and love. Since then, they’ve shared countless memories — moving in together, adopting new routines, and creating a life that feels entirely their own. They’ve traveled to Arizona to visit friends, to Kansas City for Emma’s first NFL game, and to Montana so Emma could share her love for the state with Josh. Along the way, they’ve attended many weddings of their own friends, started new jobs, bought their first home, and most recently, made the move to the Adirondacks to begin the rest of forever together. All that’s left to do now is say “I do!”
