Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Whitney Kling and Owen Kling
We're so excited to share some of our favorite places with you! If you have time available, check out some of Bowling Green's best spots.
National Corvette Museum

National Corvette Museum

350 Corvette Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101

Bowling Green is the only place in the world where Corvettes are made! Check out the museum's collection of vintage cars, a racing simulator, and the exhibit about the 2014 sinkhole that swallowed eight Corvettes. The museum includes a small children's play area.

Downtown Bowling Green

Downtown Bowling Green

707 E Main Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101

Downtown Bowling Green offers specialty shops, several food & drink options, and a nice walk from downtown to Western Kentucky University's campus. Get a sweet treat at Meltdown Ice Cream, enjoy a local beer at White Squirrel Brewery, and do some shopping at Candlemaker's on the Square & Back Down South.

Lost River Cave

Lost River Cave

2818 Nashville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101

Lost River is our cave close to home! It's a nature park with a 45-minute underground cave tour (that used to serve as a 1930s nightclub), a hiking trail, a butterfly habitat, and an outdoor playground.

Mammoth Cave National Park

Mammoth Cave National Park

1 Mammoth Cave Parkway, Mammoth Cave, KY 42259

Check a national park off your list! Mammoth Cave National Park is 45-minutes north of Bowling Green. It is the home to the longest known cave system in the world, with over 400 miles of underground passages. You can take a guided tour or go for a hike above the caves. (Purchase tour tickets in advance - they often sell out.)

Chaney's Dairy Barn

Chaney's Dairy Barn

9191 Nashville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101

Kids love Chaney's Dairy Barn! You can swing by for lunch and farm-fresh ice cream, take a self-guided tour to see the cows, and explore their playground.
