If you would prefer a Airbnb you can look up Kachina Village in Flagstaff Arizona, that would be the closest to the venue. 

Depending on where you are flying from you might be able to fly into Flagstaff. It shows there is  car rentals located at the airport, and Uber is available. Another option is flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor, renting a vehicle, and driving up to Flagstaff which is approx 2 hours away.
