When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

We would recommend arriving no later than Wednesday 2/4/26 so you can begin to unwind, relax and join in activities prior to the big day!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We would recommend staying in the Waikiki area of Honolulu. Check out the travel page for additional info! We did not elect for a room block.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We will have transportation via charter bus from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch (Venue) on Friday 2/06/2026. Please make sure to RSVP for transportation so we have a proper head count!

Can I drive, uber or lyft to the venue?

Answer

You can, HOWEVER Kualoa Ranch is about 45 minute drive from Waikiki. It is in a more remote side of the island so uber/lyft are not completely reliable, especially at night! Driving in your own vehicle is also allowed ( the venue has parking), although if you plan to enjoy adult beverages we would request you do not drive.

What do I wear to wedding in paradise?

Dress code: Tropical Resort Cocktail Sunscreen is the most important layer! Think breathable & comfortable with bold colors & patterns Inspiration board with photos to be linked here We will primarily be grassy surfaces so pleased wear comfortable shoes For the wedding day please AVOID wearing the following - Heels - Denim - Sunburn - Flip flops - Shorts - White

Should I rent a car?

Renting a vehicle is a great way to explore the island, consider these things prior to renting - Is there parking where I am staying? - How much daily/nightly is parking? - Day rentals through TURO are great options for exploring with lower commitment and cost Drive time: Honolulu Airport to Waikiki Beach ~ 20 minutes Drive time: Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch ~ 45-60 minutes
