We matched on Tinder (the dating app) in September of 2018, and after a long day of work we met up for a drink. I was starving, so asked Jonah if he wanted to get a slice of pizza. He said no, but I snarfed down two right in front of him. He says at that point he figured I wasn't that into him - but really it was about my devotion to good food. The next week over pasta we started to get feelings for each other and after a month of cooking dinners together we were totally in love. While snowed in that winter, Jonah agreed to help make an oxtail lasagna with me from scratch. It took seven hours and he declared it one of the best things he'd ever eaten. I was thrilled to find a partner who could hang through epic kitchen marathons. We are so excited to continue our life of love, creativity, and cooking up food for wonderful people. Please join us at our wedding at Whitney's family's lake house on July 10, 2021.
