Of course! Just try and make sure they get a nap in before the wedding at least! haha. IF crying begins to happen during the ceremony we understand! Just PLEASE step away due to this part will be video taped! Also there will be a kid table with coloring books! Also TONS of yard games to play so kids will be occupied!
Yes!! I can have around 125 guest. Most everyone's invite I put their significant other/spouse on the invite. So try to stick with that being your plus one, but if bringing your child/children add that to the RSVP. Be considerate of how many "plus" you bring. I do have to pay for extra chairs. Thank you!
Casual/Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual example: Casual dress means wedding guests can wear pretty much anything they want. We recommend a "summer" dress for the ladies (may be chilly might want to wear a cardigan or dress with sleeves) and dress pants with button-down shirt or polo shirt for the guys. Just no basketball shorts, tee shirts, sweatpants ect.
We would like all guests to arrive by 4:20pm at the latest to have time to park, and make their way to the ceremony deck in time to grab a water and find their seat. Feel free to arrive anytime between 4:00-4:25. We will ask that all guests be seated by 4:25pm for the ceremony to begin at 4:30pm. If coming from Lexington it will take you about a hour and putting you coming down US 52 north. If coming from Winston Salem it’s about 37 minutes away.
Yes! We will have 2 beers on tap “his” & “her” beer choice (Michelob Ultra and Bold Rock) - white and red wine (Moscato and Sweet Red Blend)- 3 types of sangrias (Berry, Green Apple, and Watermelon) and one premixed liquor drink of brides choice. (Jell-o Shots) Open bar *Bartender will ID if needed.
Yes! We will have plenty of snacks, sweets, and a food truck. The food truck will be Don Juan’s Mexican Restaurant since the Brides LOVE Mexican food!
Our venue offers an outdoor ceremony location (if it isn't raining) if it is raining we do have a space to take the ceremony to that has a huge covered patio as well as the bar area being covered to but it’s all considered to be outside. There will be a golf cart for anyone who needs it to get to different parts of the venue. There is a total of 3 bathrooms.

We have the space rented from 10am-12am Music will stop at 11pm, but have to be cleaned up and gone by 12:00am
If you can't attend to the ceremony because you won't be off work in time or have to leave in order to get to work on time and can't attend the reception. No hard feelings. We understand! I tried mailing out the invites a couple months in advance so PLEASE try to attend both if you can and ask off work. Thank you.
FYI- Our venue doesn't allow liquor UNLESS it's PRE-MIXED with something. With that also being said we can only have ONE PRE-MIXED drink on the property. Which we are having Jell-O Shots made, so NO airplane bottles or bottles of liquor in your car ect. IF found you will be asked to leave the property due to potentially having the new brides fined. Sorry for any inconvenience! :(
It’s recommended but not required on the ceremony deck especially since you will be sitting beside someone more than likely! (We have boxes of masks if you forget yours) Then the reception area is outside as well so once again not required. Bottles of sanitizer will be available for everyone at different areas of venue.
