Wedding Party

We are incredibly lucky to have so many amazing people in our life. Please meet our wedding party and a little bit about why we love them so much.

Logan

Maid of Honor

I've always loved my sister a ton, after she moved back to CA, that love changed. I gained a best friend. Watching her grow and become the woman that she is today has been such an honor. She's a Mother, a Teacher, a Tutor, and through all of that, she received her Masters Degree. That strength and maturity has given her an amazing son, Cohen, and a blossoming career. If we aren't staring at each other, silently laughing on the couch, we're probably outside on an impromptu photoshoot or redecorating our homes. I can't wait to have her standing next to me on our most important day.

Ryan

Best Man

Instead of talking about how great of a father he is or how proud I am of how he's turned out as a man, I'll just focus on how much this guy loved Barney as a kid. At the time, it felt like having to do 3 hours of chores in the hot Arizona sun was equal to the misery of enduring 3 hours watching Barney and listening to Ryan play it on his toy piano. Looking back, it's my single favorite memory from childhood. His laugh, his smile, and his blatant lack of shame while dancing are all qualities I expect to see at the wedding!

Amberlee

Bridesmaid

Amberlee is my energy guru. There are several times in my life where I can confidently say that a single conversation with her changed my entire outlook, and ultimately my direction. I am always taken back by her authenticity and warmth. She expands our minds, expends amazing advice, and exudes positive vibes. I couldn't imagine going through this next year without my amazing cousin by my side.

Aaron

Groomsman

When I first met Aaron in 2013, he was on the HOA board in my neighborhood. We should NOT have been friends based on that alone, but as soon as I mentioned I had a pool table in my garage, it was over. He and I instantly became friends. As a friend, Aaron's been fine. I'd give him a C+ (kidding). But, as a father to two adorable children and as a husband to an amazing woman that I'm confident could take out the entire cast of Jersey Shore, he's been head of the class. As I take the first step toward creating a family, I feel better knowing I have someone like him near me.

Chaia

Bridesmaid

#soulsisters Chaia and I met as food runners for a Macaroni Grill in Irvine, CA, in 2003. We instantly bonded with our mutual love of dancing, cute boys, corny movies, and pool time. She can light up a room and change your mood by just smiling or laughing. Even as the years have passed, no matter how often we see each other, it's like nothing has changed. Though we don't get to have movie nights as often, our phone dates brighten my day. I’m so excited for you to be up there with me!

Kathryn

Bridesmaid

I knew I'd love Kat from day one. We instantly bonded over wine and musical theater. I will forever cherish our many nights, both past and yet to come, of wine, cheese, and youtubing songs from our favorite musicals. When we tried to bring Butters and Delilah together under one roof, you were there and stepped up to adopt Delilah and take her into your home. It makes me feel incredibly lucky that she has you taking care of her. And yes, I promise there will be wine at this wedding…

Cohen

Junior Groomsman

Cohen, my main man! My best bud! He may only be 13, but I can already tell his future will far outshine all of ours. No matter what he does, he's always the best at it! I can't wait to see how great of a man he becomes some day and I couldn't be happier to have him up there with me. Now, put down your Switch, listen to your mom, and get ready to be the best Junior Groomsman ever!

Kristena

Bridesmaid

kristopher + winneford = BFF, est. 1997 After moving to California from Maryland, I had to start building friendships from the beginning. Luckily for me, Kris happened to be at the bus stop and immediately asked to sit next to me. It didn't take long for her and I to become best friends. Over the course of 22 years, we've both grown and changed so much, yet our friendship is as strong as it was from the start. She's been so much a part of my life and who I am, that to stand up there without her, would be to stand up there incomplete. Now if only I could get her to ever stop talking…

Conner

Groomsman

Conner. The man, the myth, the best friend. We met and bonded over our mutual love for hanging out in pool halls and watching sci-fi. Thankfully, you didn't hold it against me when we decided to move in together and I turned out to be a terrible roommate. You've stuck by my side through stormy skies and sunshine and from Phoenix to Seattle then back again, and I'll need that support as I move into this new chapter.

Natalie

Bridesmaid

Natalie and I should not be friends. We met while she was in HR, and I don't even know what the word "filter" means, so it shouldn't make sense that we're so close. Yet, we are. Once we realized that we share the same values, our bond became unbreakable. Our long chats can be energizing and therapeutic and we both know that we will always be there for each other. With Tiff, the three of us have become travel buddies for life. I look forward to our annual trips together all year long and I couldn't imagine a better planning buddy.

Danil

Groomsman

Danil and I first met after we both started working for the same startup in the valley. I think it took us all of 2 days to realize we'd be fast friends. If we weren't eating tri-tip with sliced block cheddar, we were stumbling around the streets of Oakland or gaming online until all hours of the morning. They say it's important to surround yourself with people you admire or look up to, that it will help inspire inner growth and can spark change in yourself. To have you a part of our wedding day can only make it better.

Tiffany

Bridesmaid

I first met Tiffany at a startup in SF in 2012. Since that time, she went from my boss to an adopted sister. A huge part of my own growth as an adult has come from my relationship with Tiffany and her ability to challenge me. Thankfully, her heart is bigger than her hands, so not only has she opened her heart to my family, but now we get to grow ours together as well. I can't wait to have Tiffany by my side to help me manage and navigate all of life's future challenges.

Excel

Officiant

Where do we even begin with Excel... Since we first started talking about marriage (right around the fourth date), we both agreed on two things. 1: We wanted a wedding in the forest. And 2. We wanted our officiant to be someone special. For both of us, Excel has always been a great source of happiness, humor, and inspiration. Watching him compete, dancing with him and Christian at 'da club, or eating limitless amounts of food at HotPot with him is always an amazing time. Butters even loves him now! He consistently reminds us of how lucky we are to be surrounded by people of his caliber, and we are grateful to have him be our officiant.

Mr. Butters

Junior Best Man

Butters, pay attention. Now, I know there's a lot of people attending this wedding, and that's scary, but it will be okay. It's been almost 9 years and I've always kept you safe and happy. We'll have a ton of treats ready and you'll likely gain a few pounds, but it's fine. You know why? Because our family is growing and we're adding one more! And, here's the best part, you already love her! I know, it's crazy. It definitely didn't seem like we'd ever find someone who can put up with me as well as you have, but we did! It finally happened! I don't want to say it was ALL your fault, but she definitely only swiped right because of you. So, Butters, thank you. Thank you for bringing Whitney into our life... You're a good boy. The best boy.
