Cabo will be very warm in June but can get a bit chilly at night so please plan accordingly. For the welcome party, the attire is coastal chic. We can't wait to welcome you to beautiful Cabo San Lucas! For the ceremony and reception, the attire is beach formal. For men - perhaps a light-colored suit and tie, a linen shirt and pants with a blazer, or a button-down shirt and slacks. For women - perhaps a flowy maxi or midi dress, or a jumpsuit. For the farewell bonfire, the attire is resort casual.
We recommend all guests arrive no later than mid day on Thursday, June 13 to help us get the party started! We will be hosting a welcome party for all guests Thursday evening to welcome everyone to Cabo!
We kindly ask all guests to reserve accommodations at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach to guarantee attendance at all wedding events throughout the weekend. A limited number of rooms have been blocked for our wedding guests and we ask that you book as soon as possible in order to receive the discounted rate. The discounted rate expires March 10, 2025. Once the room block is full, the hotel will be unable to accommodate additional rooms at the discounted rate. Please note, use of the group code requires a three-night minimum stay. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Note: In order to receive the discounted group rate, guests must reserve either by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the Smith/Gaytan wedding room block or by entering the group code on the hotel's website. If booking through the website, once you enter the group code and select your room type and dates, scroll down and select the "GAYTAN25 Wed All JUN13" option. While we hope that you all can make it to our wedding, we would like to note that room reservations only require one night to be paid up front and are fully refundable up to 21 days prior to your arrival.

There are a lot of moving parts that go into making a destination wedding happen and we want to make sure our guests have the absolute best time possible. For this to happen, we need RSVPs no later than March 10, 2025. Additionally, the resort requires all rooms under the room block be booked no later than March 10, 2025.

While we love the children in our life, our wedding is an adults-only event. Again, we appreciate you RSVPing for named guests only. That said, you may see a few little ones at our celebration. Our ceremony wouldn't be complete without our ring bearers, Smith Hamilton and Jackson Smith and flower girls, Blake Hamilton and Harper Smith. Children of the bridal party will also be in attendance.
