When should I RSVP?

Answer

To help with our planning, we ask that you RSVP by July 8, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a "no." We need to provide the venue with a total guest count promptly. We hope you understand.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We ask that all RSVPs be submitted by July 8, 2026. If we don't hear from you by then, we will not be able to accommodate you. We'd love to celebrate with you, so please let us know as soon as possible.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not formally invited. If you have been given a plus one your invitation will be address [your name] + [guest]. You will also see an option to RSVP for your guest if you were given a plus one.

Are kids invited?

We have decided to keep our wedding day as an adults-only event. Thanks for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal wear is requested. Semi-formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor-length dresses, midi-length dresses, or pantsuits. Please no jeans or sneakers. We encourage everyone to dress to impress. If you are unsure - it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed. Please no white or ivory.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide entrance to the ceremony after 3:45PM.

Where should we park?

Answer

The venue requests that all guests park at 28 Cabarrus Ave West for free parking. The parking deck is less than a block away from the venue.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a great photographer and will absolutely share all the photos with you.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Zola, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel. Please click the link at the top of the landing page to gain access to our registry.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our out of town guests! For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Concord Charlotte and the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Concord. Please visit our "travel" tab for additional information and booking instructions.
