FAQs

The Wedding Website of Whitney Bowens and Brandon Williams
Thank you for being part of such a special moment in our lives. We've included a few helpful details below to keep everyone informed as we prepare for the big day. This should answer any common questions you may have.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by 6/26/2026 so that we can finalize seating, catering, and wedding details accordingly. After finalizing the guest count, we are only able to accommodate those who have RSVP'd by the deadline. Thank you for your help with making our day run smoothly!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to vendor arrangements and maintaining a planned head count, we will only be able to accommodate guests and plus-ones formally included on the invitation and RSVP reservation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes:-) Our wedding will be an All-Black celebration! We are requesting All-Black Dressy Semi-Formal Attire for guests. We think this will be a beautiful look and we kindly ask everyone to join us in creating the vision.

Question

Will children be allowed?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event, with the exception of the children participating in the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a relaxing evening celebrating with us.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the best thing we could ask for. For those who wish to celebrate us with a gift, we’ve created a honeymoon fund as we begin this new chapter together and create lasting memories as newlyweds. Contribution details, a gift box, as well as a QR code will be available at the wedding for those who wish to give.

Question

Can we share photos on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We’d love for you to share in the celebration. Please use our wedding hashtag: #WhittyForWilliams

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Just a heads up, this will be an on-time event. So, we do recommend everyone arriving at least 25 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and seating. We want everyone to have enough time to get settled without feeling rushed before the doors close and the ceremony begins.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, convenient parking will be available on-site for all guests.

Question

Can guest bring outside beverages?

Answer

To comply with venue policies, outside beverages will not be permitted. Sorry, no BYOB.
