Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations we can only accommodate those specified in your invitation. Additionally, we are having an adults-only reception. The only children attending are those who are part of our wedding party and immediate family. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at the venue's "Amphitheater." The reception will be under a tent in "The Courtyard."

How do we book a room at the venue?

Answer

A limited number of guests will stay on-site. This is reserved for the wedding party and immediate family. We will be contacting you individually soon.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a special rate at the Days Inn and Red Lion Inn. Mention the McGuire/Garland wedding when booking. There are also several airBnbs and RV parks near the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be two shuttles transporting guests from the two host hotels (Days Inn & Red Lion Inn) to the venue and back. The shuttles will start running two hours before the wedding and continue until the end of the reception.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a limited amount of parking at the venue. We encourage you to ride the shuttle or carpool if possible.

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks (jeans okay.) Comfortable shoes for walking outdoors and dancing.
