Shuttle service from Leavenworth

A shuttle, provided by Orion River Rafting, will run from downtown Leavenworth to the Brown Family Homestead, about 30 minutes away. --- PICK UP There will be pick ups at two locations: Cashmere Valley Bank (downtown Leavenworth), and Squirrel Tree Resort (closer to the venue on Highway 2). 2:20pm - Cashmere Valley Bank, 980 US Hwy 2, Leavenworth, WA 98826 The shuttle will start loading folks up at 2:20pm at this location. It will leave at 2:35 sharp. You may not park at the bank - they are kindly letting us pick up/drop off there only. However, the bank is right between downtown and the neighborhoods. Downtown is pay parking, neighborhoods are free! * Loving reminder that parking will be crazy since it's a holiday weekend. Please give yourselves plenty of time to park and walk to the bank to ensure you don't get left behind! ** What would Ben and Whit do?! Get parked early, walk to the nearby Bushel & Bee taproom, our favorite spot for a drink (pay as you go), relax there and then head on over (4 minute walk) when the time gets closer :) 3:00pm - Squirrel Tree Resort, 15251 US-2, Leavenworth, WA 98826 The shuttle will then head to Squirrel Tree and pick up around 3:00pm. If you're staying at the Squirrel tree or somewhere outside of town closer to the venue - this is the stop for you! There is plenty of free parking here. --- DROP OFF The reception will end at 10pm. At that time everyone will load back up into the shuttle and be dropped off at one of the two locations, Squirrel Tree or Cashmere Valley Bank! --- If you plan want to secure a ride home from there, remember that there is no Uber/Lyft in Leavenworth. Venue Parking
There is ample parking at the venue, and we will be staying onsite both Sunday and Monday nights, so there is not a particular time you'd have to pick your car up by on Monday if you do decide to drive to the venue but then take the shuttle back instead.

Holiday weekend in Bavaria
Leavenworth is a small and touristy town. Since our big day is on a holiday weekend, accommodations will be booked quickly. We strongly recommend booking your lodging and transportation as soon as possible. If you want a more eventful weekend, we recommend staying in/around Leavenworth. There will be lots going on in town each day. If you want a more quiet weekend, staying closer to the venue near Lake Wenatchee would be a great choice. There are tons of AirBnb's, hotels, and camping options throughout these areas. Please feel free to text either of us if you have questions or want suggestions. We would love to help!
