Mr. & Mrs.

Ryan and I met in our early twenties through a mutual friend - our lives were very different back then. We began as friends and that friendship later blossomed into romance and became a partnership that will last forever. After about a year of being out of touch, Ryan called me out of the blue to catch up. I was living in Eugene, Oregon attending college at the time and I invited Ryan to come visit. I told him he would fit in well with all the other bearded vegans in Eugene (hehe). Shortly thereafter, Ryan flew up for a visit and something sparked for both of us at that time. Saying goodbye at the airport was really tough and we knew we wanted to be together. We had a long-distance relationship for a very short time (three months to be exact) when Ryan decided to move to Eugene. Ever since, life has taken us to Portland, Vancouver, and now to Temecula and we have supported each other and encouraged each other every step of the way. On July 7, 2017, Ryan got on one knee, handed me the most sparkly diamond I have ever seen, and asked me to marry him! I may have forgotten to say yes because I was so entranced by this gorgeous ring and he said, "So is that a yes?" A BIG YES! And afterward, he took me to an amazing restaurant for dinner where he had arranged a group of friends and family to surprise me and celebrate our engagement! It was so thoughtful and such a wonderful way to kick off our engagement. On October 1, 2018, we ran away together to be married on the magical Ironwoods Beach in Maui, Hawaii - just the two of us. The ceremony was intimate and very precious to us. We wrote our own vows and exchanged very heartfelt words. We exchanged leis as a representation of our unity, we exchanged rings as a symbol of our infinite love, and we sealed it with a kiss. We are excited to celebrate our marriage and share our joy with you, our friends and family on New Year's Eve! <3 <3 <3
