We met online through Bumble dating. At first we were both skeptical about online dating, but thankfully we both tried the same site. We matched and we started texting. Over a few weeks, we got to know each other enough that we agreed to go on a date and meet each other in person.

We met at Applebee's in Okeechobee. Fun fact, we both chose to wear plaid shirts. Over dinner, we talked more and started to really connect. Bryant moved to Okeechobee about one year prior to us meeting, I pointed about some of the Okeechobee things the restaurant has on the walls. We talked about our work week and then he talked about his home town. When it came time to leave, he walked me to my car and gave me a hug. I secretly wanted a first kiss, but I was too nervous to ask for one. We planned to met up the following day and our relationship blossomed from there.
