Kevin and I met through mutual friends. I had recently moved to Colorado and asked my friend Kristen if she knew any available guys and she said yes. She showed me pictures of Kevin and I was immediately intrigued. I mean, he was holding a puppy, what isn’t there to love?! That night I was casually swiping through Tinder and I matched with Kevin. I went into work the next day to show Kristen, but nothing came of it. Fast forward a couple months and Kevin came home from Europe. Kristen took us both downtown to Cowboys and to get to know each other. The next day I got back on Tinder to see if he was still there, and he was! We began dating and the girls (the dogs) and I immediately fell in love.

Amidst COVID-19, I mentioned that I wanted a Sonic drink and Kevin offered to get me some while I stayed home and cooked dinner. When Kevin came home, he said, "I have presents." I turned around and he had put my ring on the straw of my drink. I said yes, and the rest is history!
