When you arrive to the parking lot you will wait to be picked up by a golf cart. They will drive you up to the second building at the top of the hill. It’s not the first building when you get there it’s the one at the top. Please dont try to walk in your heels it’s very steep the golf carts will drive you up.
Yes you can bring your kids but there will be alcohol present.
Guests can start arriving around 4pm the ceremony starts shortly after.
Semi formal or formal dress only. Please don’t wear jeans.
Yes but please confirm your guest count ahead of time with Eric or Amanda so we can have an accurate headcount.
When you first arrive it will be the first parking lot farthest away from the first building. There are golf carts that will be making trips to pick all of the wedding guests up and chariot you along to the top of the hill to enjoy the event. Please wave down the golf carts to be brought up to the top of the hill.
The actual venue is located at the second building at the top of the hill it’s not the first building that’s for golf club members.
Yes we will be having a buffet style dinner and you will have to serve yourself just like at our house. Spaghetti may be on the menu (it’s Amanda’s favorite).
It’s both we have access to the lush green grass fields at the top of a mountain that overlooks the entire Bay Area with a 360 panoramic view. We also have access to the indoor building where dinner and dancing will be happening. The bar is located outside in front of the gazebo.
Unfortunately you can not bring your own alcohol due to their liquor license agreement but plenty of alcohol will be available at the venue.
It should be a warm sunny day. Temperatures could range between 92 degrees and 74 degrees during July in San Jose. Please come prepared with water and a sweater just in case. Fans and shawls/pashminas will be provided to all guests just in case you forget.
We would love to take pictures with everyone there and there will be a photo booth station as well.
We would prefer cash gifts for the wedding instead of physical gifts to help Eric and I in starting our family. All of the proceeds are going to be going to our IVF fund so Eric and I can try and have our first child.
