Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

Silver Creek Valley Country Club 5460 Country Club Pkwy, San Jose, CA 95138 Park in the front lot of the venue and meet in the lobby by 4:30! From there you will be shuttled to the ceremony location located down the hill! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

What to wear?

Answer

Formal attire or Black tie (optional). Although the couple will be celebrating becoming Mr. and Mrs. White, they kindly ask that guests not wear any white outfits to this wedding. The color scheme for the wedding is black, light pink and tan/beige, although it's not required to wear these colors!

What to bring?

Answer

The reception will be indoors, however the ceremony will be held outdoors in October. San Jose tends to be chillier, so jackets or sweaters are encouraged just in case! They also recommend bringing comfy shoes to dance the night away with them!

Can our children attend?

Answer

In order to ensure all guests and parents have an evening of fun and relaxation, the couple kindly ask for this event to be 18+. Only guests with their names listed in the RSVP link are able to attend. They hope that this advanced notice means that you are still able share their big day and that parents will enjoy having the evening off!

Are plus 1's allowed?

Answer

This is an invite only occasion. If the name does not come up when sending the RSVP, they are not able to attend. If you need to request your plus 1, please message the bride, the groom, or their parents before August 1st. After this date, the guest list will be closed!

Is it okay to use our phones during the ceremony?

Answer

The couple have asked for the ceremony to be unplugged - meaning no photos, phone calls, or alarms. Once the reception starts, you'll have free reign to use all electronic devices. The couple encourage any photos or videos taken to be sent to the QR code displayed in the reception room for everyone to enjoy after the event!

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend San Jose (SJC) for easiest travel but San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland airport (OAK) work! The travel time from SFO and OAK to San Jose is approximately 1.5 hours.

When should we RSVP?

Answer

As soon as possible would be ideal, however the official cut off date is August 15th, 2024. You can RSVP on the front page of the website as well as the section in the top right corner of the page! Just type in your name and follow the prompt.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! If accommodations are needed, please contact the parents of the bride and groom and they will have this arranged!

What should we do if we have food allergies?

Answer

If you have any allergies to foods or any special requirements needed, please let us know no later than 9/20/24!
