What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Guest arrival will begin at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests are seated by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins. Please note that entry will not be permitted once the ceremony has started.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. This is a strictly all-black, formal event. All guests are required to wear black attire. Ladies should wear floor-length gowns, and gentlemen should wear tuxedos. Attire must be solid black. No other colors, jeans, or casual attire will be permitted.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and recording devices be put away during the ceremony. Please be fully present with us in this special moment. You’re welcome to take photos and videos once the reception begins. Our professional media team will capture the ceremony and share moments with us all.

Are children welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements in advance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Please RSVP directly on our website by December 1, 2026. If you have issues RSVP’ing, contact LeAnn or John.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll have to assume you’re unable to attend. Our vendors require a final headcount by December 1, 2026, so they can properly prepare on their end. Thank you for understanding!

Yes — the ceremony and reception will both take place at Baton Rouge Marriott.

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors.

There will be an open bar for two hours.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Overnight guests will be required to pay for parking at a rate of $10.00 plus tax per night. Parking is complimentary for guests who are not staying overnight.

Yes! We have reserved rooms at: Baton Rouge Marriott. To reserve a room, select the “Travel” tab on our website. Please book by February 1, 2027 for the discounted rate.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Baton Rouge Airport (BTR). You can also fly into New Orleans Airport (MSY). Please note that MSY is about an hour and thirty minutes from the wedding venue.
