The sad part about when Katie met Amanda is it is something Katie will never remember, but she hopes it is something Amanda will never forget. Katie's favorite memory she will always be able to share with Amanda would be being part of her big day and being her Maid of Honor when she married her best friend five years ago and now Katie gets the pleasure of standing next her her sister when its her turn to marry her best friend. Katie loves that Amanda is always the life of the party and makes sure that everyone is having the best time! Katie cant wait to see all the future memories they get to make together!

Amy is Katie's oldest friend, they met over 20 years ago when both of their families moved to a little town outside of Jacksonville. They were lucky enough to live next door to each other for almost ten years, and that's when Katie's family moved to Tampa. The funny part is this was before cell phones and social media but Amy and Katie were determined to stay best friends, and it really did work. Fast forward a few years and they lived in the same city again to attend UCF, GO KNIGHTS! Lets just say Katie really enjoyed having a little piece of home being away from her family. Katie's favorite memory with Amy would just be growing up together! Katie loves that Amy is always down to grab chips & queso with some margaritas!

Katie thinks its funny that Tijuana Flats gave her two of her best friends. Katie remembers meeting Mackenzie her first day of work and thinking "okay her makeup is unreal, there is no way we will ever be friends", but it turns out they had a lot in common. They spent almost every weekend together before Mackenzie moved to Orlando to attend college, but that really didn't stop their friendship. They made the trips back and forth to visit one another. That is until they moved in together! Everyone told them it was a bad idea but Katie wouldn't trade those memories for the world. Her favorite memory with Mackenzie would be all the sleepovers they had together and of course all the margs! Katie loves that Mackenzie has a heart of gold, and cant wait for her to be part of her wedding day.

Like Katie mentioned with Mackenzie, its crazy to think a high school job at TFlats would give her two of her favorite people. Funny thing is, when they first started to work together they did not like each other! Katie and Skyler were actually forced to hangout, but Katie would say it worked out for the both of them. Skyler was there for Katie from 16 years old to now, when Katie is marrying the man Skyler ALWAYS knew she would end up with, even when Katie wasn't so sure. Skyler would always say "I'm pro Joe". Katie's favorite memory with Skyler would just be all the life lessons they learned together. Katie loves that Skyler would truly do anything for her and she cant wait to see what their future holds as they continue to grow up together.

Lisa and Katie may not have a very long past but their future is endless since two families are becoming one! Katie remembers meeting Lisa and thinking, "Joe learned a lot from his older sister, being outgoing, always down to grab a drink, and pure thoughtfulness". Katie's favorite memory with Lisa would be when both families went to brunch and finally got to meet one another! Katie would just like to say thank you to Lisa, she knows since Lisa was the older sister she had a hand in raising the man soon to be Katie's husband and he's pretty amazing. Thank you for showing him how a girl should be treated and cared for, it means the world to Katie. Katie cant wait to have Lisa be with her on their wedding day and for each of them to gain a sister!
