What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please make sure you arrive no later than 4:45pm to be seated. "If you're on time, you're late." - Dan Salmon

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at Encore Hill.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will arrive at the Hyatt Hotel at 4pm and will leave by 4:15pm to head to the venue. There will only be one round of shuttles and no further shuttles after 4:15, so please be ready by this time!
