Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be in a grass field in front of the venue. There will be a golf cart available to transport guests from their car to the ceremony space if necessary.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Case-Barlow Farm in Hudson, Ohio. 1931 Barlow Road, Hudson, Ohio, 44236

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. Our theme is garden party/floral. We encourage everyone to wear floral prints and pastel colors. The ceremony will take place on grass so please wear appropriate shoes. Please no jeans or shorts. Please reserve all forms of white for the bride.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered here on Zola, you can view our registry on this website under the "Registry" tab. There are several items linked or you can choose to donate to our Honeymoon or House Down-Payment cash funds. If you purchase an item through a link or separately on your own, please mark that item on the website as "purchased," or let the bride or groom know and we can remove it, thank you!!

Can I bring a plus one?

While we would absolutely love to have as many people celebrate with us as possible, we have chosen to keep our guest list limited. Your RSVP will indicate whether or not you can bring a plus one and the number of guests in your party. Please do not bring additional guests.

What food will be served?

Answer

We will have catering from Old Carolina Barbecue. There will be vegetarian/vegan options available. Please let us know on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Travel accommodations can be found under the “travel” tab on our website. There are many hotels and AirBnbs in the Hudson/Akron area.
