What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive prompt at 3pm. Bridal party will arrive at 3.20pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We know it's going to be super hot so guys you're more than welcome to wear smart shorts & short sleeved shirts. Girls, anything you feel sassy and summery in.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately due to our number limit we are unable to offer further plus ones or evening guests unless already specified in the formal invitation.

Has transport been arranged to take us to the wedding venue?

Answer

No, you will need to organise your transport to the venue :) however transport at the end of the night has been arranged complimentary for every guest (unless otherwise specified by the individual).

Should I pre book a taxi to take me to the wedding?

Answer

Check with your hotel but usually taxis are readily available and they will call one for you. If you are staying in the centre allow enough time for your journey as the roads are busier in peak season.

How do we get back to our hotels/villas once the wedding has finished?

Answer

We have booked complimentary mini buses to take you all back to your Hotel's/Villas. I have provided the coach company with a list of where you are all staying to ensure you are all accounted for and taken back safely.

Can I book a separate taxi at the end of the night?

Answer

Taxis will not be available. This is due to the location of the venue and the demand on the island for cabs. You have all be accounted for on mini buses to take you back (complimentary) so don't worry about a taxi.

Do I need to bring euros for the bar?

Answer

After the bride & groom tie the knot- all drinks for the duration of the wedding will be complimentary. There will fizz during the day, wines and beers during dinner and branded spirits, wines, beers and mixers available after 8pm for the party.

Should I bring flat sandals/flip flops?

Answer

We will be providing complimentary flip flops for the ladies and the venue is well surfaced as it is not directly on the beach so feel free to go as high as you like with your heels :)

Is the venue air conditioned?

Answer

Yes the inside is air conditioned so you will be cool when you're not outside enjoying the view.
