What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will be opening at 4:30pm, so the ceremony can begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Yes! They're both taking place at The Riverview!

Please RSVP before May 6, 2025.

Is there a hotel nearby?

Answer

Yes, there are several. We set up a room block at the Avon Old Farms Hotel. You can find further information in the Travel page of this website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It is a formal event. We ask that formal attire is worn, but we are flexible.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place under a tent just outside the doors of the venue and the reception will be held inside.

Are there any colors you prefer?

Answer

We ask that guests shy away from lighter colors, such as white, ivory, cream, blush, and champagne.

Are children permitted?

Answer

We love your children, but for this event the guest list is limited to who was directly invited on the invitation.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Is there an after-party?

The bar at the Avon Old Farms Hotel will be open. Last call is at 12:30am and they close down at 1am. Cash Bar
