Can I bring a date (plus one) to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We kindly ask that you do not bring a non-invited plus one as there is limited seating and we would like to ensure there is enough room for all of our invited guests. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the transportation situation to/from the venue?

Answer

Transportation/shuttle service will NOT be provided. Please make your own arrangements. After consulting with our wedding coordinator, it is recommended to schedule ride-share transportation IN ADVANCE, prior to the ceremony to ensure transportation to/from the venue. This has not been an issue for Mint Springs Farm in the past. If you feel you need assistance with this, you can also check with the concierge at your hotel (if this service is available). If you will be driving, please do so responsibly. Cars may be left at the venue overnight, if need be.

Covid-19 & Safety

Answer

Well, while we definitely were hoping to not have to include this phrase in our event, unfortunately COVID is still happening. We want all of our guests to feel safe and comfortable. Mint Springs Farm takes health and safety of our guests seriously and will be following all CDC guidelines. We just please ask if you are sick or have been exposed to COVID, please let me know if you will no longer be able to attend. You can choose to wear a mask, or not, whatever you feel most comfortable doing. If you would prefer a more socially distant seating assignment, please let the staff know that day and we will be sure to accommodate you. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and be mindful of others' health and safety as well. If in the event any drastic changes need to be made to our event, they will be communicated here.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail/ dressy-casual attire. Don't wear a white dress or come in a flamingo costume (although actually, that would be pretty funny!)

What is the food situation?

Answer

We will be hosting a cocktail hour after the ceremony, followed by a buffet-style, sit-down dinner. We will also have wedding cake and additional snacks for the reception. We will also have a full, open bar for guests 21+.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please let us know via email, in advance, so we can make our caterer aware of food allergies. Dinner will be buffet style.
