We’ll have two main events, one Friday night and another Saturday, so we recommend either arriving Thursday and staying through Sunday, or coming in Friday (by early afternoon) and staying through Monday. That said, feel free to stay longer and make a vacation out of it, there’s plenty to explore!
Yes! We have a room block at Hotel Flamboyan—full details are listed under the Travel section of the website. All prices are per night, per room.
The main airport for Cabo is SJD (Los Cabos International Airport). It’s about a 30-minute ride to downtown San José del Cabo or the hotel zone.
There’s no official shuttle from the airport, but it’s easy to get to your hotel. You can book a private transfer, grab a taxi, hail an Uber, or use a pre-arranged shuttle, rides typically take about 30 minutes to San José del Cabo.
You won’t need to rent a car, Ubers are safe, affordable, and easy to get. If you’re staying in town, you’ll be within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops.
There won’t be organized transportation, but Ubers are easy to get and very affordable. You can also have your hotel call a taxi. Most places in town or in the resort zone are just a quick 5–10 minute ride from the ceremony location.
The wedding will be outdoors and November in San José del Cabo usually has perfect weather, warm during the day and comfortably cool at night. You can expect clear skies, light breeze, and temps in the 70s as the sun sets, dipping slightly in the evening. No need to bundle up, but bringing a light layer isn’t a bad idea.
Yes! When you RSVP for both the ceremony and the rehearsal dinner, you’ll see an option to list any food allergies. We’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Most places in San José del Cabo accept credit cards, but it’s a good idea to have some pesos on hand for smaller spots, tips, or taxis. You can withdraw pesos from ATMs once you arrive—just make sure to let your bank know you’re traveling.
Yes, there will be an open bar, come ready to drink and celebrate!
Yes, Rappi is the go-to food delivery app in Cabo. It’s easy to use and has a wide range of local spots, perfect if you’re relaxing at the hotel and want something delivered. Uber Eats also exists but I’ve found it to have less options.
