We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony start time. This allows time for seating, finding the ceremony location, and settling in so the ceremony can begin on time!
No, you are not required to stay at the wedding resort. However, please note that due to resort policies, guests staying elsewhere will only be granted access to the property for a limited time - 30 minutes before the ceremony and 30 minutes after. Unfortunately, extended access at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is not permitted for non-resort guests. We highly recommend booking at the wedding resort if you would like to enjoy the full celebration with us!

Yes, please! Don't forget to choose your meal option when you RSVP so we can make sure everyone gets the dinner they'll love! Once submitted, we'll pass your selection to our venue!
Yes, please! We kindly ask that all guests RSVP whether or not you will be attending so we can plan accordingly -- especially since this is a destination wedding and final numbers are required in advance. All RSVPs must be finalized by February 25, 2026. If we do not receive your response by then, we will assume you are unable to attend and you will not be included in our final guest count.
