Things To Do

We have each lived in San Francisco for over 10 years, but both have had very different experiences for the first 6 of those! Below we have shared a a few of our favorite things to do in and near the city; beyond the incredible food. Enjoy!
San Francisco Fleet Week

San Francisco Fleet Week

Held annually between the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, The San Francisco Fleet Week Air Show Presented by United attracts fans from all over the globe. The waterfront event is headlined by The U.S. Navy Blue Angels and is the only air show in the United States with a commercial airliner, the United 777, to perform a fully choreographed act.

Golden Gate Park

Golden Park is one of our favorite place in San Francisco. The 96th largest urban park in the US (1,000+ acres). Check out some great things to do in the park: https://www.exp1.com/blog/everything-to-see-in-golden-gate-park-and-how-to-do-it-all/ We highly recommend: visiting the Conservatory of Flowers, renting bikes or walking through the park's many trails and seeing the buffalo, visiting the De Young Art museum or the Academy of sciences. Renting a paddle boat on Stowe Lake. Roller skating at the roller rink with live DJ's! Playing frisbee in one of the many meadows. Seeing the Tulip Windmills from 1903. Searching for the Fairy Doors in numerous trees. See the Japanese Gardens or walking through the Botanical Garden. Visiting the beach for a nice walk or sunset. this park is truly special and we are sure you will find something great to do!
