Whit & Ceci's story began in 2018, during a warm LA summer. Whit had just moved into a new place and decided to host a Hawaiian-themed housewarming party because...why not? Ceci, originally from Hong Kong and a friend of his roommates, attended the party and it was love at first sight. After Whit's poor attempts at flirting, lackluster beer pong skills, and a few strums on the guitar, she finally agreed to go on a date -- what's more romantic than dinner and Incredibles 2 at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood? Fast forward a year and Ceci and Whit moved into their first place together in Culver City. After experiencing the joys of living together during a full-blown pandemic, they miraculously decided to take their relationship to the next level. On a summer trip to Italy, Whit surprised Ceci with a proposal that kicked off planning for their dream wedding in Maui — a nod to their meet-cute and a beautiful destination to bring their families together. Ok, that's enough writing in 3rd person... This day has finally come, and we are beyond grateful for all your love and support over these last 7 years. This wedding has been a long time coming, and we are excited to finally share this weekend with our closest friends and family who mean the most to us.
