WELCOME PARTY

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Kick off the wedding weekend with the couple at the AC Hotel! We will be located on the first floor lobby in the AC Lounge by the bar. There will be light hors d’oeuvres and two free drinks per guest. Drink tickets will be handed out at the party. Come and celebrate whether you’re staying at the hotel or a nearby location.

WEDDING

5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Black Tie Optional (See FAQ for Details)

Guests are encouraged to arrive before 5 o’clock to enjoy and explore the art museum prior to finding a seat for the wedding ceremony. There will be a shuttle from the AC Hotel to the Dayton Art Institute from 4:00 PM - 5:20 PM. Free parking is also available at the Dayton Art Institute. Shuttle from DAI to the AC Hotel will resume at 9:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

GOODBYE BRUNCH

8:00 am - 10:00 am

Casual

All guests staying at the hotel will receive one free breakfast ticket per guest in a welcome bag at the service counter. Save your ticket to join the newlyweds Sunday morning or feel free to use it on Saturday if you're heading out early on Sunday. Come join us prior to heading home!
