When should I book my flights and hotel?

We recommend booking your flights and accommodations as early as possible, especially since we have a room block reserved at the Marriott. Booking early ensures the best availability and helps you stay close to all the wedding festivities.

Do I need transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Yes, you will need to arrange transportation from the airport to the resort. There are many easy options available including private transfers, shared shuttles, and taxis. Transportation is NOT provided so we recommend booking your airport transfers in advance for a smooth arrival.

Please fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), which is the closest airport to the resort.

Do I need a passport to travel to Cancun?

Answer

Yes - U.S. travelers will need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Be sure your passport is current and does not expire during your travel dates.

The Marriott Cancun is approximately 20-25 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

The resort offers a kids center called CAMP Club, featuring supervised activities, games, crafts and daily programming for children - perfect for keeping little ones entertained throughout the stay. Recommended for kids ages 4-10.

Are babysitting services available?

Yes! The resort offers babysitting services that can be arranged through the concierge, including in-room care for both daytime and evening hours. Advance notice is recommended to ensure availability. If you're interested in babysitting during your stay, we recommend coordinating with the resort ahead of time and upon arrival.

Yes! Cancun offers a wide range of excursions, including snorkeling, scuba diving, catamaran cruises, visiting cenotes, exploring Mayan ruins like Tulum or Chichen Itza, and more. The resort concierge can help you book any activities you're interested in.

Aside from the planned wedding festivities (see the schedule page in website), we're keeping things flexible so everyone can enjoy their time as their own pace. That said, we may organize a few causal meetups along the way - stay tuned for updates as I'll make announcements on the website.
