Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Our venue has extremely limited parking, which will be used by our vendors and wedding party. We have reserved a parking lot at a church 1.5 miles away from the venue. There will be 2 shuttles that will take you to the venue and return you to your car at the end of the night.

What time do I need to arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:33pm. Please give yourself enough time to arrive at the venue, walk to the ceremony location, and get comfortable. The last shuttle will leave the parking lot around 3pm, so please arrive between 2:30-2:50pm to ensure that you will get on a shuttle to the venue.

What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is in the Santa Cruz mountains, immersed in the redwoods. The venue has some hills that are paved. The ceremony space is flat and in the grass. The reception space is paved and flat, but up a small hill from the ceremony space.

Question

I am not good with walking up hills or have some handicaps, how can I get around?

Answer

We have rented a golf cart that can help assist people who do not want to walk up the hill. It is not a big hill but we understand this is a wedding and want it to be leisurely for everyone. The bride and groom will be utilizing the golf cart to get around, but when they are not using it, it is for whoever wants to use it - young, old, heels or no heels.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

Unless specified on your invitation, please enjoy our wedding as a night off. We love all of your little ones, but our guest list is limited.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation states a guest is allowed, of course! However, our venue and budget is limited, please do not bring guests that have not been invited.

Where is the parking lot that the shuttle will pick us up from?

Answer
