It all started in Chemistry class when a certain someone needed some (a lot) help.

After running into each other again at Grinders, he had to ask a mutual friend for her number. He texted her and asked her to go to the game the next day. To which she sarcastically replied “Yes I love soccer!” He did not catch her joke and replied. “Uh, I meant the football game.” So our first date was at a USM football game. After talking for a couple months, he asked her to be his girlfriend on 10/27/17.

Since it all started at a football game, there was no better place for the proposal than a tailgate. With family and friends surrounding, he got down on one knee and pulled out .....a ring pop. After a few laughs, he pulled out the real deal and asked her to marry him. She said, “Of course!”
