Da' Andre and Pamela met at Crossland High School during their freshman year 4th period- A Day. Pamela would "cheat" off of Da' Andre's work in Spanish class. Since that moment, Da' Andre and Pamela became very close friends throughout high school.

During the last day on vacation in Jamaica, Pam was enjoying drinks and the pool. However, Dre was poolside and seemed pre-occupied. He didn't have any drinks and preferred to relax on the side alone. The couple then popped a champagne bottle before dinner and proceeded to eat lambchops with friends (Jenell and Rell). Pam then ordered dessert (small cheesecake bites) and did not happen to notice the crowd coming around the table. After taking a bite of the mini cheesecake, she notice something inside and realized it was a RING! Dre then said a few words and asked Pam to be his wife. The couple then celebrated for the rest of the night!
