Question

What time does the ceremony and reception start?

Answer

The Ceremony begins at 4:00 PM for those attending in person and those watching virtually. Please try to arrive 30 minutes prior at 3:30 PM. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony. The Reception begins at 5:30 PM and will go until 9:00 PM.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire for those attending in person. Whatever you like for those attending virtually.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

While the venue does not require masks for our guests, we ask that you wear your mask at a minimum when interacting with the Windsor staff. Practice social distancing when interacting with guests outside of your usual social circle. Wash your hands. Please do not attend if you have had any symptoms or exposure to COVID-19 in the last 10 days.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is free and open, and there is plenty of it around the venue. We will not have a valet option, but can find someone to assist if necessary.

Both events are taking place at the same location The Windsor at Hebron Park Address: 3016 E Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both events are taking place indoors, however, there is a large outdoor patio off of the reception area.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can head to the reception area and bar for drinks and light appetizers before dinner. The bride and groom will be taking photos during the cocktail hour.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 PM, 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Can I bring a date? Can I bring my kid?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Visit the "Travel" tab on our website for additional information on recommended hotels in the area.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 13th, 2020. You can RSVP online via the "RSVP" tab or you can mail back the card.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is fully accessible.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

There are beef and chicken dinner options that will be served via stations (no buffet due to COVID-19). We can also accommodate vegan/vegetarian diets. We may be able to meet other accommodation needs - please be sure to note any additional dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The bar is open, because we love you.

Visit the "Registry" tab on our website for the Zola registry and the link to our Amazon registry.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

We are not providing transportation, however, the hotel is 5 miles from the venue and we strongly encourage guests to use Lyft and Uber if they are planning on drinking.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Try to control yourself during the ceremony, but otherwise go nuts! We would love to see your photos from our wedding. Please use one of our hashtags so we can easily find them on social media! #fierroever #marriedAF
