We met on an online dating app. After talking for a bit, Chris asked me out on a date. He suggested Soon Dubu (Spicy boiling tofu stew), since he knew I loved Korean food. After dinner we went to the movie theater and watched Black Panther. After the movie we made plans for another date. We ended up seeing each other for the following 3 days.

We took a trip to San Diego during Memorial Day Weekend. On the last day of our trip we went to La Jolla Cove. We hiked to the top of the cliff, once at the top, we took a moment to soak in the beautiful scenery. I turned around to look at Chris and he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Being surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Cove made that moment all the more magical.
