We recommend flying into Denver for those coming out of state. Vail is about a two hour drive from DIA.

Shuttle

There is a shuttle option from DIA to Vail for those who don't wish to drive but please note this will typically take a lot longer than driving yourself, typically around 3-4 hours. We recommend Epic Mountain Express. For those in large groups coming out of state who don't wish to rent a car, you could consider doing a private shuttle.

Parking in Vail Village can be challenging. The Sonnenalp and most hotels in the village have Valet, otherwise, you will need to use public parking which will likely be a bit of a distance from your hotel or b n b (walking distance) so please plan accordingly.
