Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear formal attire for the wedding (floor or tea-length dresses, jumpsuits, suits). Keep in mind that the ceremony will hopefully be outside, so you may have to walk on some grass.

Question

When is the RSVP due?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website no later than May 1st.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive yourself. If you are staying at the hotel, please consider taking a shuttle to and from the venue for your safety.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before to ensure everyone is seated for the ceremony.

Question

What if there are no hotel block rooms available?

Answer

Please reach out to Katie or Harrison if the hotel website does not show any rooms left in the hotel block. We can call the hotel and have them add more to the block.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We want all our guests to have a great time but also keep everyone safe. Please review the information on the Travel tab for shuttle information.

Question

When will you choose your dinner option?

Answer

You will choose your dinner option when you RSVP on the website. If you have any food allergies, please also ensure that information is sent with your RSVP.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception locations be different?

Answer

Nope! Every part of the wedding will be at Pen Ryn Estate - Belle Voir Manor. Hopefully, the ceremony will occur outside on the grounds but all other events will be indoors. The only event not at the wedding venue will be the after party back at the hotel.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

For those coming from out of town, it should be very warm by the end of June in the Philadelphia area with averages usually in the 80s.
