We will have a Room Block at the River Pines Resort in Graeagle CA (a 10 minute drive to our venue, Kinship Ranch). A private link will be shared on January 1st, 2026 to book!
Graeagle is a small mountain town and regardless of where you stay, we highly recommend booking early 2026.

Whelchelfest Room Block is LIVE! PLEASE CALL TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION :) Reservations for Keleher/Whelcher Room Block are available to be booked at the group rate for stays from October 15th, 2026 - October 18th, 2026. This special rate is only available for booking until September 16, 2026. For reservations of two nights or less, cancellation is 72 hours prior to check in. For reservations of three nights or more cancellation is 21 days prior to check in. We'd LOVE for a majority if not all of our guests to stay here for a true Whelchelfest takeover!
